The Aadi Himani Chamunda Devi Temple is an ancient and highly revered shrine located in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. Situated at an altitude of around 9,500 feet in the Dhauladhar mountain range, this temple is believed to be the original (Aadi) seat of Goddess Chamunda before her idol was established at the present-day Chamunda Devi Temple near the Baner River. Surrounded by dense forests and snow-capped peaks, the temple offers a spiritually powerful and adventurous pilgrimage experience.
